About Robert

After working in technology while going to school, Robert’s career in technology really begin to blossom when he joined one of the leading companies in the LAN and WAN networking world. He was part of the marketing team that traveled across the USA, Canada and Mexico putting on road shows about the company’s line of equipment.

After traveling for 3 years Robert joined a company in the Dallas area which manufactures computers as a Regional Sales Representative. His main focus with this company was the education market. He quickly understood that schools are very different from corporate America. He came to understand that schools purchase all technology for one reason and one reason only, the students. Robert quickly became the #1 salesperson for the region.

With that in mind he took a different approach in selling to schools. When an education customer requests pricing on any product, he always gave the customer much more that price. Asking questions like how are they going to use the product, how will the student benefit from the product, and is there a better product for the school to use? With this approach he became the #1 sales person of the education division and was promoted to Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager he developed a team of ten sales professionals along with his duties of providing sales and customer service to his list of customers as well.

After 10 years of providing excellent sales and customer service to the education market, he chose to join ZAC Solutions as the Director of Sales. We are a thriving, premier provider of education technology solutions.
